Circadian Rhythm Disorder
– The circadian rhythm is essentially a person’s internal clock and responds to specific stimuli, especially sunlight.
Anyone of these sleep disorders can impede a person’s ability to fall and stay asleep for the recommended seven hours per night, leaving the individual vulnerable to experiencing any number of health issues.
Health Implications of Lack of Quality Sleep
One of the more obvious side effects of not getting enough sleep every night is a lack of energy.
Without the proper amount of time needed to refuel and recharge every night, a person would have a difficult time mustering up the energy needed to carry out daily tasks.
But in addition to a lack of energy, insufficient quality sleep can also cause a myriad of other health issues, including the following:

• Weight gain
• High blood pressure
• Heart disease

There is a significant amount of research already conducted on CBD’s ability to alleviate pain, and there is also plenty of anecdotal evidence to support such claims.
By reducing chronic pain, CBD may help those who consume it experience better sleep as a result.
Symptoms of REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD) may also be alleviated thanks to the administration of CBD, with some research suggesting that the cannabinoid may impact the sleep cycle.
A 2014 study assessed patients with Parkinson’s disease and discovered that CBD may alleviate the symptoms associated with RBC.
Other studies have pointed out the notion that CBD may be helpful in treating excessive daytime sleepiness associated with RBD.
